Creek Ranches- This is an equestrian ranchette subdivision
consisting of 33 lots ranging from 2-20 acres. There will be deed
restrictions and covenants on the lots preserving the integrity
and value of the development. Cypress Creek Ranches is 10 miles
from Sebring making an easy commute, while still maintaining the
country lifestyle. The development is surrounded by active farming
operations and is three miles from Highlands Hammock State Park.

Past Developments
|
Golf Hammock- A 600 acre parcel of land
in Sebring, FL owned by American Home Service, Corporation. Jimmy Wohl
spearheaded the 732 unit golf course development. Golf Hammock offered
512 single-family lots and a 220 unit, multiple family, adult community
called “Cormorant Point”. Jimmy Wohl managed the project
from raw land until the project was completed and sold out. American
Home Service, Corp. also retained ownership and managed the golf course
before selling it to the homeowners association of Golf Hammock. Sebring
Commerce Center- A 15 acre parcel of agriculture land in
Sebring, FL. Jimmy Wohl purchased the land and developed a 27 lot commerce
park serviced by central water and sewer. The commerce park is sold
out with very few lots left vacant. |
