Past Developments

Golf Hammock
Jimmy Wohl spearheaded the development of the 600-acre, 732-unit golf course community in Sebring, FL known as Golf Hammock. His involvement with the development began with the initial purchase of the land by American Home Service Corporation and included hands on participation in all phases of design, construction and management from the initial infrastructure and golf course development and ultimately to the finished residential product. His attention to every detail from golf course maintenance to the homeowners association has resulted in Golf Hammock remaining one of the premiere golf course communities in Highlands County with a member-owned golf course.

Sebring Commerce Center
After spending 11 years on the Board of Directors for the Highlands County Hospital Taxing District, Jimmy Wohl saw a need from more professional office space near the hospital. The resulting 6-acre, 21-lot Sebring Commerce Center became a popular location for many new health care offices. Today, a few re-sale lots are available; however, the majority of the lots were originally sold to end users.
